Renovation 55 flats rue d’Alleray – Paris (FR)

Rehabilitation of two buildings of the 1980s

The project concern the thermal rehabilitation of two social housing buildings located in the 15th arrondissement. of Paris. They are surrounded by a dense Parisian urban fabric with twentieth century buildings, modern apartment buildings and some contemporary buildings.

The 17 rue d’Alleray was built on the corner of the Alleray street and the Bourseul street. It has a rather compact volume and the street facades are oriented South-East and South-West.

We wish to give a “atelier parisien” spirit to the rehabilitation of the number 17. The “atelier parisien” spirit is inspired by the existing bow windows, which animate the facades, and the co-visibility with the building of the Central of the postal checks of the architect Michel Roux-Spitz.
