The residential building is located at the intersection of rue Étienne Dolet and rue des Vignes in the city of Cachan. The building has a compact volume. Built on a triangular plot, it has three access points.
The rehabilitation project initiated by Paris Habitat follows water damage originating from the neighbouring co-ownership, which caused disorders in the apartments from the ground floor to the 3rd floor of the same stack.
The source of the water damage has been identified and resolved. The task now is to restructure and rehabilitate the five apartments in the stack.
As the two other apartment stacks in the stairwell remain occupied, the works are being carried out in a semi-occupied environment.
