Mont-Cenis – Preliminary Declaration Obtained
The preliminary declaration was obtained within two months for the rehabilitation of 92 Rue du Mont-Cenis. The project seeks to reconcile contemporary rehabilitation requirements with the heritage value of the façade, in an approach consistent with the neighbouring twin building. Summer comfort is improved through the addition of shading devices, while the timber window frames are replaced while preserving their original design, thereby maintaining the façade’s heritage character.
