Completion!

We are proud to announce the delivery of the complete rehabilitation of 5 housing units, now ready to welcome new tenants. These spaces, rendered uninhabitable after water damage that caused major structural issues (from ground floor to 3rd floor), presented the following challenges: dilapidation, inadequate bathrooms, failing utility networks, and raised floors that could conceal structural damage.

Our approach combined:

> A simple and efficient restructuring: optimisation of floor areas and functionality through integrated storage solutions, a new mechanical ventilation duct and renovation of drainage/rainwater downpipes, leveraging the vertical stacking logic of the apartments.
> Enhanced thermal comfort: bio-sourced interior insulation using wood fibre, for durable and ecological performance.
> Rigorous risk management: prior asbestos removal and work in lead-contaminated conditions, with targeted solutions (encapsulation, removal of mobile elements) to control costs.
