Internship offer ‘Transformer l’existant’ – RETHINK

From September, we are looking for an intern (master’s student or post-graduate) for a minimum 3-month internship under an internship agreement, working on architecture projects (rehabilitation), open spaces and urban studies within a global ecological transition approach (website: www.rethink.fr / blog: www.urbanplanet.info). We are a human-scale team and we work on innovation at the architectural and urban scale (reuse of materials, urban mix, resilience, consultation…). We share premises in a collaborative space in Ivry-sur-Seine, ‘Le Soft’, 4 rue Charles Coulomb (https://lesoftivry.fr/), close to metro line 8 and at the heart of the Ivry Confluence urban project. The work has a practical side through public and private commissions, a theoretical side through research, publications and teaching, and includes the day-to-day management of the agency. Summary of tasks and skills: project representation (AutoCAD 2D, 3D, SketchUp), document production (Illustrator, InDesign), ability to carry out research, technical knowledge, an eye for careful work and a degree of autonomy. A basic command of French is required and other foreign languages (English, German) are welcome. An internship agreement is mandatory.
