Our agency Rethink has sketched out a project for a belvedere on the Seine-Marne Confluence in Ivry-sur-Seine, a magnificent but not easily accessible river area. It is a light, progressive, participative and collective approach; ephemeral (or not), to allow the people of Ile-de-France to discover the unique space of the Seine-Marne Confluence as soon as June 2021. The wooden belvedere will be designed in such a way as to make maximum use of recycled materials.
