Amiter competition on flood-prone areas-Touques (FR)

In a team with Praxys and Urbanwater our office Rethink has been selected to participate in the competition on a flood-prone site of the city of Touques on the Côte Fleurie in Normandy. We are looking forward to lean more on this important subject.
