The communal areas are housed under a porch built into the courtyard, which is entirely mineralised. The building has an unused business premises on the ground floor of 83 rue Étienne Dolet. Relocating the communal areas to this space will allow the porch to be dismantled and the courtyard to be greened up. With regard to the refurbishment of the flats, water damage in the neighbouring condominium caused problems in the flats on the ground floor to ground floor +3. The source of the water damage has been identified and resolved. The next step is to restructure and refurbish the flats in the stack.
